BRIGHT STUFF
These are the perfect coordinates for your bright cheerful quilts. Years ago someone at the Houston Market said
that LIME GREEN was her new neutral. We looked at each other and attributed that remark to her jet lag. Now, or
course, while maybe not a NEUTRAL, we have to agree its a great color! Take a look, and then go to our catalog

GEOMETRICS
These are some of the most interesting of all fabrics. When first spotted, the reaction is usually, "Wow! Cool!".
Then the next question is how they could be used. Start off easily, they make perfect borders. Then begin to look
at them in smaller pieces. They often give great movement to otherwise static quilts. Be brave, take the plunge!

BATIKS
We stock several hundred bolts of batiks, in every color you can imagine. We also have many
with designs such as turtles, dolphins, sunflowers, palm fronds and dragons. The only trouble with Batiks is knowing
when to STOP!

TEXTURES & LANDSCAPES
Use a little, or use a LOT! Some look so real you will think you are sitting beside a river
or lake. If you are building a landscape quilt, these are hard to live without. But they can also add depth to many
others. A lodge quilt will benefit with spots of tree bark. A tropical quilt will come alive with sand and surf.
They can add the element of surprise that makes a good quilt great.

SPACE CELESTIAL
Some of these are true classics -sun moon and stars. Others are futuristic, with spaceships,
rockets and even a UFO. And some are just funny, like the crazy colored aliens. Whether you are planning an elegant
