Is Homespun Harbor LTD an ACTUAL store, or are you just a store front on the internet?
Yes, Homespun Harbor is an actual physical store, located in Hollister, California (the address is above).
If you've visited Hawaii in the past, you may have dropped by our store when it was located there before we
moved to the mainland a few years ago (see our "about us" page to read about this). We've been in business
for years, and are quite proud of the reputation we have worked hard to build.
Do you ever have "Sales" ?
Yes, we do! Check back often with this website, as we list our monthly specials here. You will see them in two
different places on our website, on the main page, and on the "What's New" page, (Okay, and it may even show
up in our newsletter.) Why, we may even have a quick yard sale, you never know!
Does Homespun Harbor offer Gift Certificates or coupons?
Yes, of course! Our gift certificates are a very popular request, and the perfect stocking stuffer, Christmas,
Birthday, or secret buddy gift. E-mail Homespun Harbor or drop by the store if you are in the area to pick up
one today! (Psst.. we have been known to hide a quick coupon on our website. Keep checking back for more
details, we'll hide a hint on our main page.)
Can I check the status of my order via the internet?
The best way to check the status of your order, if there are any questions, would be to call or e-mail us the
moment you have any questions or concerns! As soon as we receive your order, we e-mail you and let you know it
has been recieved, and you are sent a reciept from Paypal immediately. If you are sending in your order via
the postal service, we will immediately contact you as soon as we recieve it to let you know that it's here
and when to expect it. It's that simple!
Why Do You Use PayPal for your catalog?
There are several reasons for this. Let us explain how our catalog and PayPal works together. When you add
items to your cart, it is submitted to the secure shopping cart that is located within PayPal's security pages.
When you are ready to check out, PayPal handles all of your credit card information. As we NEVER see your credit
card number or personal bank information, you do not have to worry about how secure our website is, and we don't
have to worry about your information being swiped or hacked. This protects YOU and Homespun Harbor! What we
really like is that none of our customers have to pay a transaction fee for using Paypal, as there are no hidden
costs for you. PayPal also automatically handles currency exchanges for countries outside of the United States,
such as those in Europe, Asia, Australia, etc., allowing Homespun Harbor to provide the finest in Quilting
Supplies and goodies around the world! We understand that many of you, our very valued customers, would prefer not
to use the internet for purchases. For this reason, we have provided an online order form that you can print out,
and send it in to us at our store. Safe, Easy, and friendly shopping is our goal.
Do You Accept Cash?
Cash is a lovely thing if you are coming into the store and wish to shop, then of COURSE! However, it is never
a good idea to send cash via the postal service. For this reason, Homespun Harbor will not accept cash mailed into
the store. Let's not tempt those nefarious individuals out there, okay?
I don't see what I'm looking for on the website, What do I do now?
Call us! E-mail us! Send up a smoke signal! Homespun Harbor takes pride in our website, however, not everything
we carry in our store is represented on our website. It would take us YEARS to list everything! If we do not carry
it, most often, we can find out who does carry that odd item or how to find it.
These are our MOST common FAQ'S. If none of the above has answered your question, well then, by all means e-mail
